MEET THE CHEF
Hi, I’m Davis — a passionate chef from Latvia, living in Marbella for the past 8 years. I’ve spent over 10 years mastering European cuisine, combining fresh ingredients with simple, honest flavors.
From elegant 3-course dinners to family BBQs, fun brunches, and special celebrations — I bring the restaurant experience straight to your villa or home. All you need to do is relax and enjoy great food with your guests.

Can’t say enough about our experience with this talented chef. As others stated, very communicative and very flexible and personable. Some of our highlights were the seafood and Valenciana paella, both red and white sangria( wound up having to have it every day), salt crusted fish, BBQ, pilpil prawns, and of course a variety of tapas to mention a few. All were delicious. Don’t miss the carrot cake… probably the best I ever had. We were a party 6 adults and we all would gladly book with Davis again. He also catered to members of our group that were pescatarian and those that wanted to avoid shellfish. No one felt they were lacking in choices and he left us with amazing leftovers as well! If you are considering hiring him I would say don’t hesitate. We would book again,hands down.

Outstanding food and service by Chef Davis!
From start to finish the communication was superb, from organising dates to choosing the menu. At the villa everything was considered including the table decoration. The service was five star and our young daughter was made to feel really involved, which she loved!
The food was incredible and we would definitely recommend Chef Davis and his team to everyone.

From start to finish the service was amazing, super responsive to organisational emails and truly went above and beyond to make our hen party private villa dinner the best.
